Join Red Circle Foundation, Operation Hawkeye and
The Glen Doherty Memorial Foundation in honoring the
memory of Glen Doherty and recalling the bravery he
and his teammates exhibited on September 11th and
12th 2012 in Benghazi, Libya that saved over 20
American lives.

Glen Hero Workout:

For time:
135 pound Clean and jerk, 30 reps
Run 1 mile
15 foot Rope climb, 10 ascents
Run 1 mile
100 Burpees

For those that do not have access to the equipment above, here is your Scaled Glen Hero Workout:

Sandbag/Kettlebell/Anything heavy no matter the weight Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

 1 Mile Run

50 Pull Ups/Rows (can be assisted)

1 Mile Run

100 Burpees
